Essentials for Health is a practice that focuses on women’s health, for the challenges women face at every stage of their lives – from adolescence and pregnancy, through to menopause and beyond.

Michelle has a particular interest in the areas of pre-conception carenatural fertilityIVF and pregnancy.

Acupuncture

Michelle is a strong advocate for the use of acupuncture in helping prevent disease and promote good health and wellness.

Michelle also has an interest in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia and adrenal fatigue and digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), crohn’s disease, gluten intolerance, gallbladder disease and chronic indigestion.

Michelle has been practising Naturopathy for over fifteen years and is passionate about promoting the benefits of natural healthcare.
