Women’s Health & Natural Fertility

Essentials for Health focuses on women’s health, for the challenges at every stage of a woman’s life – from adolescence and pregnancy, through to menopause and beyond.

Michelle has a special interest in the areas of pre-conception carenatural fertility, IVFpregnancy and preparation for childbirth. She endeavours to help you through every part of the childbirth process, from the moment you decide to start a family – the best time to begin to prepare your body and mind for this amazing journey – to support when your baby is born.

Acupuncture

Michelle has been practising acupuncture for over fifteen years and is a strong advocate for the use of acupuncture to prevent disease and maintain health and wellness.

Michelle has a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia and adrenal fatigue and digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gluten sensitivity, crohn’s disease, indigestion and chronic heartburn or heartburn in pregnancy.

Naturopathy

Michelle has been practising Naturopathy for over fifteen years and is passionate about promoting the benefits of natural health care.

Michelle works with you to pinpoint the factors that may be contributing to your ill health and aims to give you the motivation and resources to return to health & wellness.

She uses herbal medicine, nutrition and dietary mentoring, as well as flower essences, to guide you to make the best lifestyle choices for you.
